Payments & Orders

Every credit or debit card transaction occurs within a secure environment. We do not retain your credit/debit card information after your order is completed.

Our Cash on Delivery (COD) option may not be available in certain cases:

  • COD may not be available for your shipping address due to geographic restrictions.
  • Orders amounting to PHP 2,000 and above are not eligible for Cash on Delivery.

Step 1: Select “Online Bank Transfer” as the payment option at checkout.

Step 2: Make a bank transfer through ATM or i-Banking to JCAMotorshop bank account.

STEP 3: Send an email to payments@jcamotorshop.com together with the proof of payment and Order ID.

Please attach a receipt or take a screenshot of your transfer within 5 calendar days from the date of purchase to confirm the bank transfer. If a bank transfer is made but no receipt is emailed within this period, your order will be cancelled. For third party transfers, there may be interbank fees depending on your bank.

JCAMotorshop.com will verify and confirm your receipt within 5 working days from the date you emailed.

Step 1: Select “Wire Transfer (Palawan, TrueMoney, LBC)” as the payment option at checkout.

Step 2: Go to the nearest money remittance center and wire the payment to:

STEP 3: Send an email to payments@jcamotorshop.com together with the proof of payment and Order ID.

Step 2: Look for the item that you like on our website.
Step 3: Add your desired item to Cart.
Step 4: Fill-out the requested information.
Step 5: Choose your preferred Shipping and Payment Option.
Step 6: Check your email for your Order ID!

We understand that after placing your order, you may have to change some details due to different circumstances. Unfortunately, we are no longer able to update the payment method and choice of item/s after completing checkout.

We may still be able to update your delivery address by reaching our support channels.

If your order has not yet been shipped, you may still cancel your order online by reaching out as well to our support channels.
