JCA Motorshop will deliver products to the address specified by you at the time of order. We use a variety of carriers to deliver our products and we will choose the most appropriate carrier for your order. Delivery times are estimates only and we cannot guarantee delivery dates. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier.
If you wish to return a product, please contact us within 30 days of receipt of the product to request a return. All products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, with all tags and labels still attached. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the product.
You may cancel an order at any time prior to dispatch. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has already been dispatched, you will need to follow the return procedure as outlined above. Please see Refunds and Returns Policy.
